Venture North is making a triumphant return this year. In an exciting new partnership, Northern Ontario Angels (NOA) has joined forces with NORCAT Innovation to seamlessly blend with their iconic pitch event. Arriving at this new collaboration, we proudly present Venture North Pitch 2024, taking place at Place des Arts in Sudbury, Ontario on Thursday September 19 from 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
Our event is designed to not only capture the attention of potential accredited investors but also to entice entrepreneurs to make their mark in the North and connect with the innovation ecosystem. After all, why not choose the limitless possibilities of Northern Ontario?

Venture North Pitch Student Innovation Challenge: Open to post-secondary students with an opportunity to pitch to the audience. Applications to join are currently being accepted. Cash prizes will be awarded for first place ($1,000) and second place ($500) winners.

PITCH 2024, powered by NORCAT: will be recorded and aired at a later date by Eastlink TV. Entrepreneurs will have the chance to present in front of our panel of judges for a potential investment opportunity from the Sudbury Catalyst Fund ($250,000) or the following awards:
