The Northeastern Ontario Construction Association (NOCA) announced former President Mark Kivinen as the new Executive Director and former Vice President Malcolm Croskery as new President as of December 5th, 2022.
Each member brings an experienced background within the construction industry:
Mark Kivinen – Executive Director
Familiar to NOCA, Mark has sat as a Board Director for 6 years and was inaugurated as NOCA’s President on June 16th, 2022. He has been in the construction industry for 20 years and has worked as Branch Manager at AlumaSafway Northern Ontario for 17 years. Mark is also the Director at CLRAO (Construction Labour Relations Association of Ontario).

Malcolm Croskery – President
For the past 7 years, Malcolm Croskery has served as Chief Operating Officer at Pioneer and Fisher Wavy and has 27 years of experience in the construction industry. Malcolm has been a Director on NOCA’s Board for four consecutive years. He is also the past president of the Ontario Stone Sand and Gravel (OSSGA) and current board member of the Ontario Road Builders (ORBA).
