This panel will explore how the Council aims to tackle major challenges like workforce development, regulatory issues, and sustainability, ensuring a stronger future for Ontario’s mining industry.
🎆Please join us near the headframe for the Northern Ontario Mining Showcase‘s Official Opening on Sunday, March 2nd from 3 to 4 p.m. Patty Hajdu, Minister of Indigenous Services and Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario (FedNor), MP, Thunder Bay—Superior North, will be on hand to officially open the pavilion which will feature 100 MineConnect members this year! The Northern Ontario Mining Showcase is supported by partner communities from throughout Northern Ontario, with The City of Temiskaming Shores as the project lead. FedNor funding enables the project.
