2024 was another year of significant growth for MineConnect. We welcomed more new members, formed additional partnerships, and expanded our team. The most notable measure of growth is our expansion to serve the MSS community throughout Ontario.
MineConnect unveiled its provincial expansion at MINExpo in September and the response from our members has been overwhelmingly positive. Branching out to serve the whole province provides increased opportunities for direct engagement with mine representatives, and a stronger voice to influence government policies and programs that impact the sector. Additionally, we’ll be collaborating more closely with the Ontario Mining Association, PDAC, CIM and the OCC on various initiatives; cross-promoting our programs, and continuing to build on the strong partnerships we’ve established over the years.
