He has held senior positions at companies like Falconbridge Ltd. and Xstrata Nickel, overseeing large teams and pioneering a new recycling facility for spent cobalt-based lithium batteries. Currently, he is CEO of McFarlane Lake Mining, a Canadian gold exploration company he founded.
