Our unique facility, which consists of a non-ferrous foundry, heavy-duty machine and weld shop, allows us to minimize downtime with quality products and to maximize value to the customer by offering a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Rahnmet has been providing crusher expertise to mining and aggregate customers since 1929 and have successfully transitioned through three generations without compromising their vision.
Rahnmet is the only facility in North America, completely independent of any original equipment manufacturer, which manufactures and repairs all bronze and steel crusher components in one location. Exclusively a rock crusher manufacturing and repair facility, we are the only independent crusher bronze foundry in North America capable of casting 15,000-pound bushings. Our state-of-the-art welding department delivers quality, efficiency and reliable repairs which stand the test of time. We guarantee it. The machining department has a large capability: turning, boring, drilling and milling very large parts with the largest being in excess of 5-metre diameter and weighing 150,000 lbs. Our custom-built vertical press is the largest in Canada with a capacity of 2,000 tons, ready to dismantle all sizes of shafts without compromising safety or quality.
