Norvent has an exclusive Canada wide distributorship agreement with W. Giertsen Tunnel Sealing (WGTS) located in Bergen, Norway. W.Giertsen is a privately owned, limited company offering patented waterproofing solutions for tunnels and rock caverns worldwide. Norvent has over 50 years of underground ventilation experience and industry contacts while Giertsen brings more than 35 years experience in the field of waterproofing and sealing to the partnership. The WGTS product is a cost effective method to provide permanent sealing and humidity control. It is a complete waterproofing system for any cavern, shafts or other underground facilities. It is also a complete system for water leakage control for road tunnels and metro transit or utility tunnels. It is especially useful for low traffic tunnels. The WGTS makes it possible to control humidity and avoid corrosion in any underground facility.
