Mammoet specializes in heavy lifting and hauling for mine maintenance, mine shutdowns, and mine transport. Servicing all Northern Ontario, we offer a supply of various cranes on an operated and maintained basis, and we have a wide variety of auxiliary equipment available, including manbaskets, material skips, specialized rigging, crane mats, and load spreading ramps.
Mammoet is often able to find a secure and cost-effective heavy lifting and transport model that shortens the schedule and minimizes disruption. We find ways to safely transport and install heavy and oversized components on site even when a mine presents a complex, congested environment, or where production needs to continue part of the site.
Mammoet is a global company with a significant presence in Ontario which allows us to have cranes, operators, and mechanics readily available in short notice. In Northern Ontario, we have an established branch in Sudbury, supported by service depots in North Bay and Timmins, and in Southern Ontario, we have offices in Puslinch (Guelph), Toronto, and Sarnia.
