We founded IQ PARTNERS in 2001 on the belief that our business could be done better, smarter and with greater professionalism. We started as a small group of recruiters in Toronto, growing into an executive search firm building exceptional teams for companies across Canada and internationally. We developed a strong reputation of success, and we’ve become extremely good at identifying and assessing ‘smart people’.
We have 42 employees (37 functional specialist recruiters and 5 operations and support staff), and we operate at the mid-to-senior management level. Our teams’ average tenure is over 5 years, with key personnel closer to 10 years of service.

AugmentHR is a flexible offering that partners with clients to provide access to HR consulting and hands-on HR solutions on an as-needed basis.
