Covergalls began by finding a gap, a gap for women within the industrial sector for safer, healthier, more inclusive PPE or workwear. As we evolved, we realized how big that gap was and that the gap wasn’t limited to women.

We are now going BEYOND GEAR, to better support the industry, companies and people through collaborative consulting.

With our new division CG Aligned Consulting, we will be working to align our clients and their priorities in diversity and inclusion, gender equity & workplace design (including areas like PPE, employee workwear programs, mobile equipment design, facilities and infrastructure).
