The City of Temiskaming Shores is a community of 10,000 located centrally between Sudbury, Timmins, North Bay and Rouyn, QC. The City is home to several mining supply companies and supports several more from the smaller communities around us. We offer great living space while being located on beautiful Lake Temiskaming where fishing and boating opportunities are fantastic. The community is also home to a post secondary campus of Northern College and has a private career college providing training in heavy equipment and transport truck operation.
The community has over 70 acres of serviced industrial land that is certified under the Ontario government’s Certified Site Program as ready to build. All lots are serviced with water, sanitary sewer, 3 phase hydro and natural gas. High speed telecommunication lines are also available. Our industrial tax rates are lower than most in the north.
