By now, you should’ve received a letter and Core Review newsletter via Canada Post. Also enclosed is a “Proud Member” tent card which we hope you’ll display proudly in your reception area and/or at your trade-show booths. If you didn’t receive it, a few packages have been returned due to address changes. Please ensure that we have your current address by notifying our office by email if your corporate address has changed recently.
Over the summer, MineConnect’s staff take some vacation time to rest and reconnect with friends and family. Please note that Director of Member Relations, Paul Finley is on vacation until August, and Executive Director, Marla Tremblay is off until July 19th, and then sporadically throughout the remainder of the summer. Lisa is in the MineConnect office most days and is happy to help with any time-sensitive items.
The dog days of summer can provide the breather you need to pause and revisit your member profile to ensure that it’s up to date, and to make any necessary improvements. Maybe you have a new logo, product line, promotional photos, online brochure, or corporate video that you’d like to share. You can include all of those in your member profile! If you’ve had a staffing change, you may want to confirm that new-business inquiries are going to the correct representative.

You may have noticed that the frequency of MineConnect eNews has gone down this month. We’re using the time to undergo some necessary office maintenance, staff training, and planning over the summer months in order to serve you better when we ramp back up this fall.
