Science North hosts their Honorary Life Member event virtually on January 27th

On January 27 at 6pm, please join Science North’s online Recognition Ceremony to celebrate two local individuals as they are inducted as Honorary Life Members of Science North.

Dick DeStefano founded and is the retired Executive Director of SAMSSA (now MineConnect) and is a passionate supporter of Dynamic Earth.

Major Meagan McGrath is an expedition specialist, adventurer and STEM advocate and credits her love of science to her experiences in Science North Summer Camps.

Proceeds from this Honorary Life Member event will support the establishment of both the Dick DeStefano Accessibility Fund for Dynamic Earth and the Meagan McGrath Girls in STEM Fund.

Given current Public Health Guidelines, this inspiring event will now take place fully online. Your donation of $100 will support the establishment of these important Accessibility Funds and will provide you with access to our online Recognition Ceremony.
