Her roles at EDC have included underwriting financing transactions, business development for Africa and manager of EDC’s regional office in Quebec City. Within her areas of responsibilities, Diane leads business development and corporate loan origination, with a focus on energy, infrastructure and mining.
Lisa Qi, MBA – Senior International Market Consultant, Trade Programs Branch, Trade and International Engagement Division, Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade
As a Senior International Market Consultant with the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, Lisa has led more than 40 trade missions to Asia Pacific region including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Australia.
With diverse sector expertise in ICT, life sciences, advanced manufacturing and mining, Lisa has been responsible for supporting the export development of Ontario SMEs in the Asia Pacific region over the past 10 years.
Before taking the trade portfolio, Lisa was in charge of investment promotion and attraction with a geographic focus of Greater China Region and the Republic of Korea.
