Sault Ste. Marie, ON (August 4, 2026) — Health & Safety Professionals Inc. (HSPI) is pleased to announce that founder Louise Caicco Tett has been certified as a Master Trainer for the Crisis-Ready Interventionist® (CRI) certification through Crisis-Ready Workplace®. As part of this designation, she will facilitate Northern Ontario’s first virtual CRI cohort on August 19–20, 2026, welcoming participants from across the region and Canada.
The Crisis-Ready Interventionist® certification prepares employees to recognize early signs of psychological distress, respond with confidence, and support colleagues before situations escalate into crises. The program equips organizations with trained “upstanders” who can take meaningful action when it matters most.
Delivered in partnership with Excellence Canada and aligned with CSA Z1003, Canada’s national standard for psychological health and safety in the workplace, the certification is valid for three years upon successful completion.
