After 6 years of dedication and meaningful impact, Paul Finley, Director of Member Relations at MineConnect, is retiring.
Paul was deeply committed to MineConnect’s members, working to ensure they felt supported, connected, and heard. He helped strengthen a sense of community built on trust, collaboration, and respect.
In every interaction, Paul brought professionalism and authenticity. Whether engaging with member companies, welcoming new organizations, or supporting partnerships, he listened carefully and responded with thoughtfulness.
His impact is reflected in both membership growth and the strength of relationships across the organization. He consistently brought people together, connecting ideas and opportunities in meaningful ways.
While he is stepping away from his role, the relationships he built and the community he helped shape will remain a lasting part of MineConnect’s success.
