Join Alistair Ross and NSS Canada Monday, May 2nd from 11:50am-12:15pm in Room 109 at CIM BC22 for our Mining Innovation Technical Session.
This talk will demonstrate how the very goal of zero harm is influencing the continued presence of fatalities in the mining industry. It will then go on to demonstrate how changing the goal to “No lives Lost, No lives Changed”, could accelerate the achievement of organizations guaranteeing the elimination of fatalities, specifically through the adoption of existing and near market ready innovative technologies. How to manage the risk of adoption of new technology is also addressed.
