Notice of upcoming Public Committee Hearings on Bill 71: Building More Mines Act

Public committee hearings on Bill 71 – Building More Mines Act have been scheduled.

These committee meetings allow the public to testify on the quality of the legislation, and provide comment for consideration by the committee.

The public hearings will be held on April 5th in Timmins and April 6th in Sudbury.

The deadline to apply to participate is March 27th at 12:00 p.m.

If companies do not wish to appear in person, they can submit written submissions to be considered by the committee.
