Invoices for the 2025/2026 season will be issued on November 1st. Please update your records to avoid any disruptions or delays in payment processing. The original bank account will no longer be in use after October 31, 2025.
MineConnect members who pay via EFT, direct debit, or ACH can now log in to the Member Dashboard at MineConnect.com to access the new banking information from the Industry Resources section. (Under MineConnect files.)
This notice has been issued as verification of the banking change to help prevent fraud and ensure transparency. We reached out to our billing contacts individually in July.
