Every year, MineConnect honours pioneers – living or deceased – by inducting outstanding leaders to our Hall of Fame during each Annual General Meeting, where the time, effort and competencies these visionaries have brought to Ontario are publicly acknowledged.
This year, MineConnect is proud to announce that its 2025 Hall of Fame inductees are Milad Mansour and Samantha Espley (Influencer Category).
Milad Mansour
Milad Mansour is the visionary founder and driving force behind Mansour Group Inc., a premier multi-divisional organization providing essential solutions to the industrial, mining, and rail sectors. His journey is a testament to the power of a customer-first philosophy and a relentless work ethic.
Samantha Espley – Influencer
Samantha Espley is a highly experienced mining engineer with more than 35 years in the industry, having held senior leadership roles with Vale, Glencore, Inco, Falconbridge, Noranda, and Denison-Potacan. As a consultant, Samantha served as Vice-President at BESTECH and is currently a Senior Executive Advisor at Stantec.
Samantha has been a strong champion of sustainable mining, respect for people and the environment, and the inclusion of diverse ideas in developing solutions that deliver outstanding results. Her influence continues to shape the mining industry and reflects the values celebrated by the Influencer Hall of Fame.
The 2025 inductees will be honoured during MineConnect’s Annual General Meeting on Thursday, February 5th, 2026, at Cambrian College in Sudbury.
