The Sudbury-based MineConnect organization, which has strong partnerships with the mining supply and service sector throughout Northeastern Ontario, is helping to build some new business ties with the mining community in northeastern Nevada, in the United States.
MineConnect said in a recent news release that one of its members, STG Mining Supplies of British Columbia (with an office in Sudbury), had reported a favourable partnership with MineConnect, which also has office and warehouse facilities in Elko, Nevada.
“The response we’ve received since establishing a presence in Elko has been incredible,” said Glen Graham, director of business development at STG Mining.
“We recognized northeastern Nevada as a significant market, but having a local footprint has proven crucial in serving Nevada’s mining industry effectively.”
