NorthStream Safety & Rehab is a proudly women-owned Canadian company helping to keep businesses going despite the changing face of COVID-19. NorthStream is known for its effective drug and alcohol programs, training, pre-employment testing and the provision of qualified staff to sites (occupational services/first aid & rapid Covid testing) thereby dramatically reducing the risk of impairment and injury in the workplace. NorthStream also provides rapid, private COVID-19 testing at our locations and client sites.
Northern Ontario communities in which we have a presence include Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, Wawa, Marathon, Timmins, Kenora, Dryden, Red Lake, and North Bay as well as other locations across Canada via Third Party.
NorthStream focuses on the importance of employee and employer relationships regarding keeping the workplace safe. Drug and alcohol testing programs and training are provided on site for better understanding of process/procedure/requirements and to better assist in keeping the worksite safe and impairment free. In addition, we provide Covid-19 testing which has aided companies in sites keeping workplaces operating with limited risk to Covid-19 exposure. Our qualified team assists with start-up, running and completion of programs in the workplace thus easing the stress of employer staff and allowing them to focus on other business priorities. Our qualified nurses and lab technicians work around the clock to complete testing and provide fast results.
Our future plans include the upgrading/implementation of existing programs combined with the addition of new programs and services to other sites within the region in order to meet the ever growing needs of the northern Ontario mining industry.
