Through coaching sessions that unpacked his communication habits, personality style, and interpersonal blind spots, Lisa helped him better understand the disconnect between how he communicated and how others perceived him. Over time, not only did the leader repair the relationship with a key client, but his entire team dynamic improved. His confidence grew, his manager took notice, and the workplace culture around him began to shift.
“It wasn’t just a performance issue,” Lisa explains. “It was about rebuilding trust. And once that happens, everything starts to change.”

She also sits on the board of the Timmins Chamber of Commerce and the Timmins Family Counselling Centre—two roles that speak to her commitment to both business growth and mental health support in the region.
