SUDBURY, ONTARIO, July 19, 2023 – Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) consultancy Mayhew Performance LTD. (MPL) is pleased to welcome Jennifer Brkljacich to the team as Senior Consultant Maintenance Analyst and Operational Excellence. Jenn is an industrial, and master licensed electrician with over 20 years of proven operational mining experience and an impressive track record in developing and implementing e-leaning training systems. She holds a certificate in Electrical Technologist, Electronic Technician and Data Scientist. In her previous role as Operational Readiness Manager at Sandvik, Jenn Brkljacich developed operational readiness and mine readiness programs for the transition from diesel to BEVs. These programs included change management, risk assessments, training, workplace electrical safety, and electrical PPE.
Before that, she spent 20 years at Vale, supporting their Power and Global Energy Department in positions of increasing responsibility and leadership. During that time, she became INCO’s first globally licensed female electrician. Her combination of expertise in practical electrical and mining operational contexts and in leadership and training makes her an outstanding fit for MPL’s culture and growth strategy.
