Exploration drilling opens up new gold zones at Dubreuilville mine

The Island Gold mine is the gift that keeps on giving for Alamos Gold.

The Toronto gold miner has never been shy about investing in the drill bit at its gold complex outside Dubreuilville.

A new batch of assay results are in from the latest round of exploration drilling around Island Gold and its 58,900-hectare property, northeast of Wawa.

High-grade hits are being reported from new and extended zones around its main deposit, its Island West Extension, its Island West up-plunge area, and at some historic mines in outlying areas of the property.

These newly defined mineralized areas are close to existing mine infrastructure which would support fast and low cost development.
