Next Generation Manufacturing Canada (NGen) is inviting Canadian companies, researchers, technology developers and innovators to join its Team Canada SMART Eureka Delegation from October 5–9, 2026.
The five-day program will include stops in Brno, Czech Republic; Bratislava, Slovakia; and Vienna, Austria. Participants will have opportunities to meet manufacturers, researchers, investors, technology companies and innovation organizations from Europe and other international markets.
For MineConnect members developing technologies in areas such as automation, advanced manufacturing, digital systems, advanced materials and sustainable production, the delegation offers an opportunity to explore new markets, identify project partners and connect with international supply chains.
Three Ways to Participate
Organizations can participate by:
- Pitching a SMART Eureka project idea to potential international partners and exploring opportunities to build a consortium for SMART Eureka Call 10 funding.
- Attending SMART Eureka Pitch Day in Vienna on October 8 to discover emerging projects, meet organizations seeking Canadian partners and connect with potential collaborators.
- Joining the full Team Canada Delegation Experience, a curated five-day program featuring industry tours, networking events, business-to-business meetings and innovation ecosystem visits.
The estimated cost for the full delegation experience is $1,485 per person, excluding airfare and accommodation.
