Led by the City of Temiskaming Shores and supported by FedNor, the Northern Ontario Mining Showcase (NOMS) at CIM Connect Convention & Expo, is an exclusive opportunity for mining service and supply companies from Northern Ontario to promote their products and services.
Applications are open to mining supply and services companies with operations in Northern Ontario. Only businesses meeting the following base criteria will be considered.
Before you apply to become an exhibitor within the Northern Ontario Mining Showcase at CIM, please review the criteria:
- Your business must have a significant physical presence (operations, not only workforce) located in Northern Ontario
- A minimum of 25% of your total global workforce must live, work and pay taxes in Northern Ontario
- Your business/organization must have fewer than 500 employees worldwide
- Your company must have significant potential to supply products and services which are directly tied to the development, operation, management, or reclamation of mines
- Your company must currently sell or have the potential to sell its products and or services to the mining industry outside of Northern Ontario
NOTE: Many apply to exhibit in the NOMS. Each application is reviewed to ensure all criteria are met. Priority is given to private-sector SMEs.
