Engineering firms join forces to boost local procurement
Villeneuve Engineering Services and CSL Environmental & Geotechnical Ltd have formed a new partnership. The community celebrated their grand opening with a catered outdoor barbecue in front of their shared office at 65 Third Ave. in Timmins on Wednesday, July 3rd.The Thunder-Bay based CSL is renting office space from the Timmins-based Villeneuve, who will in turn, rent an office from CSL in Thunder-Bay.Political and civic dignitaries posed for photos with business owners Eric Villeneuve (Villeneuve Engineering Services) and Chris Perusse (CSL Environmental & Geotechnical Ltd.) and their staff, and presented them with congratulatory certificates.Villeneuve Engineering Services was founded in March of 2020 by Villeneuve, a structural engineer who is a graduate of Northern College and Lakehead University.
